One of the characteristic signs of cancer is the rapid formation of abnormal cells that grow beyond their usual boundaries. Up to 40% of cancers can be prevented by avoiding contact with such known carcinogens as tobacco smoke. With many types of cancer, there is a high chance of recovery if they are detected early and treated appropriately. In 2016-2018 the World Cancer Day is held under the slogan "We can. I can". On this day, it is proposed to take collective or individual measures to alleviate the burden of cancer prevention.
