Last week, for the staff of the Deans of DDO and PDIDO, a training was held on the topic "Prevention of the syndrome of emotional burnout in professional work".
In the course of an hour 6 exercises were conducted: "Carousel of communication" and "Crocodile" - establishing trust, stress relieving, exercises, brainstorming "How to cope with emotional burnout?" And "Pleasure" were aimed at revealing the personality and discovering personal ways? Which helped to cope with emotional stress. In the next exercise I talked about breathing and physical methods that can be used as an "ambulance" to relieve nervous tension, to remove muscle clamps and restore strength, the last exercise "Five good words" was sent for a positive ending and receiving psychological support from colleagues .
Based on the results of the feedback questionnaire analysis, the staff liked the training and found it useful. And also, they asked to conduct such trainings more often.
